about
Glenn Diamond wrote this homage to Northern California when we were part of the band of the same name in the 1980s, and I've continued to perform it ever since, especially since Steve (the drummer) moved to Paradise, California.
Glenn was living in Marin County when major floods hit the town of Inverness, and he included a reference to the event in the middle verse After the Camp Fire wiped out Steve's house (and our studio), we decided to update that verse and record a new version.
